Now it's time to gain your first accomplice by talking to him. Downstairs in the Motel area you can find Bruno, an old friend of Matt's. Bruno will also be able to guide you through the city even after this tutorial is over. You can ask him for help by talking to him using the talk symbol. When you hear the harp-like sound you have got him as your accomplice and you will be able to use him in a plan afterwards. If he is currently not at the spot you can see in this screenshot wait for him or have a look whether he is in his room, on the toilet or around the corner.

Exit this tutorial temporarily now and gain Bruno as accomplice.
